[SCCC] SCCC Sections Roster

Thank you to all for your helping me get an updated roster going. Bruce was
kind enough to share the link again for the official SCCC Roster.

My "section" roster (that you helped me with) will be used to aide me in
providing post contest summaries as I have been doing over the past year. I
invite anyone, such as KQ6ES did, to help me in summarizing how our club
members fared in a given contest for inclusion in this program.
