I have been retired and living in AZ for the last three years. It is now
time to sell my home in Ojai Valley, Ventura County.  Its on .7 acres with,
nearly 50 fruit trees.  We did alot of upgrades on the house itself over
time. We lived in this home for nearly 30 years and enjoyed it very much.

Still on the property is my Tristao TWS-471 very Heavy Duty 71 ft free
standing motoroized tower. Currently the tower has on it a KLM 4el 40m yagi
at the top of the tower and 10 ft above it is a Hygain 204BA, 4el 20m yagi.
A modified prop-pitch antenna turns it all. There is also an 80m inverted
'V' on the side of the tower.

The home is being listed with Coldwell Bankers, with the tower not going
with the house. But, if a ham were interested, we could probably make a
deal to include the tower, prop-pitch, 20ft chromolly mast and antennas.
Otherwise, when it sells, the tower and all will probably be up for sale.
