Guys,

I have been retired and living in AZ for the last three years. It is time
to sell my home in the Ojai Valley, CA., Ventura County.  Its on 0.7 acres
with, nearly 50 fruit trees.  We did alot of upgrades to the house over the
30 years we lived in it.

The home is about 1-1/2hr North of LAX and 1 hr South of Santa
Barbara, it is 12 miles inland from Ventura and the Pacific Ocean.

Still on the property is my Tristao TWS-471 very Heavy Duty 71 ft free
standing motorized tower. Currently the tower has on it a KLM 4el 40m
yagi and 10 ft above it is a Hygain 204BA, 4el 20m yagi. A modified
prop-pitch antenna turns it all. There is also an 80m inverted 'V' on the
side of the tower. The QTH is a great DX location with great mountain
views.

The home is being listed with Coldwell Bankers, the is tower not going
with the house. But, if a ham were interested, we could probably make a
deal to include the tower, prop-pitch, 20ft chromolly mast and antennas.
Otherwise, when it sells, the tower and all will probably be for sale.
