Went to a metal scrap place in Chatsworth to sell some scrap copper. They
had many pieces of new Times Microwave LMR 400 about 30 to 50 feet long
that they will sell for 50 cents a pound. A coil about 40 feet or so was
about $2.00 plus tax. It is not the Ultra Flex, it is the stiffer one with
solid center conductor but, still a good deal. They do not have longer
pieces but since it sells for over $1.00 a foot at HRO!  There was also
some very small Heliax cable too about 1/4 or 3/8ths inch diameter.
The place is called Scrap Stop Metals on 20748 Prairie St. Chatsworth, CA.
91311. 818-734-6654. You enter from the alley behind the place. The gal
there told me they pretty much always have a barrel of coax there.
