Comments:

Just S&P on and off over the weekend. Worked 99 countries, one short of
DXCC,
and 31 zones in one weekend.(Q: Has any SCCC member worked all 40 zones in
this
contest? Looking at the K6TU propagation maps, it looks impossible.)

Propagation conditions here were basically good (except for some S9+10 noise
SUN morning), and I could work almost anyone that I heard. From my stats it
looks like a 40/15 contest, with some good 10m openings in between.

I used the free test version of the new K6TU custom propagation maps, and
distilled them into a short list of local times when certain bands were
open to
certain areas with decent signal strength, which maps proved correct in
practice. A neat new tool.
