[SCCC] LOTW - Help is on the Way

I wasn't aware of the problem with overwritten logs. It will behoove us to 
check to ensure our logs were indeed processed. I know that so far, all of 
mine have been. I haven't checked to see if my small CQWW log has been but I 
will check on it before long.

I think as long as we users are aware of this and are diligent in confirming 
our logs were processed, it's not a huge problem. If by some chance our log 
doesn't get processed, we can re-upload it.

At the moment though, the LOTW queue is apparently pretty backed up so 
patience is undoubtedly in order.
