Are you using the most recent country list published by AD1C? It lists Kosovo as a country. Latest country downloads and instructions for updating the country list for WriteLog (and other programs) are available at:

Kosovo --  Z60WW   From CQ Contest: Does count as a country for CQ WW Contests. However, Write log does not reconize the country.   I can update the country to Kosovo, zone 14 and Z6  -  put no luck changing the points to 3 -- so does not count the country. Anyone have an idea how  to update the country list in WriteLog ??
