Thanks for quick response, and I know this is a great Webinar and
especially
great to listen to before SS which has the longest exchange and high
propensity to make/acquire errors !

I will have my Ops listen to it in it's entirety but I ALSO would like to
find the WRITTEN article
which condenses other areas of how we get penalized erroneously

K6AM just sent me mail stating the article may be in the NCJ for March 2002

I have some back issues so will see if I can find it
