Yep, I found that on QRZ too.  After the contest, I 'm down from six to three states needed on 10M.  I didn't even hear KS or MT, but WA on both modes would have been a good score.

Jeff,

LOTW shows that K7RI made a LOTW submission on Oct 24, 2013. However, none of my approximately 30 QSO's with him have been confirmed by LOTW. Some of those QSO's were this year. His QRZ.com page says "QSL: DIRECT ONLY - WITH SAE AND CORRECT POSTAGE OR 2 GREEN STAMPS". Sorry I can't give a more definite answer.
