You had an outstanding signal in this part of the world when I called you
on 20m - I tuned by andat first thought that you must be some East Coast
station by the sound of the signal :)
I also tuned around for other SCCC-ers on 20m after seeing that your signal
was so good but unfortunately did not find any. I also worked K6XX just
before you at 2158z but his signal was much weaker and fluttery while your
signal 10 mins later was booming in.
I will have my 3830 story out shortly - below is the summary all bands with
single element wire antennas SOAB(A) HP - no beams this time. proves that
the use of my F12 C3S last year was worth 2,000 QSOs more than this time :)
