[SCCC] Getting on a team

Hi All,
     How do I go about getting on a team for the next NAQP SSB contest
in a couple of weeks.  N6IC, NY6Y, and myself (K6DDJ) created our
three-man team for the NAQP CW test on Saturday, but we could have
thrown in with the SCCC teams if we had known about them.  I personally
did not get an email from the reflector until Saturday morning, then too
late to join the club teams.  Let me know the procedure before the next
test and I will forward the email to Don and Gary also.
