On behalf of our NCCC Sprint fans, thank you Tom, N3ZZ for conducting an
inspiring series of weekly Thursday NS events over the past few months.

Appropriately, Tom's plans for this week's NS are identical to those of the
up-coming 5-week NS Ladder beginning next week.

NCCC members. . the ladder, our 21st, is a good opportunity to try
Thursday night CW contesting . . . the five weeks will be over before you
know it, and while the cw speeds are a bit brutal, the group graciously
accommodates slower speeds for newer participants. Don't be shy about
joining in!

Thanks to Ken, N6RO, weekly RTTY NS sprints continue in preparation for the
upcoming RTTY 5-week Ladder (see http://www.ncccsprint.com/next_ns.html for
schedule). Our other Ken, K6MR, has stepped up to direct the 2nd RTTY
ladder competition, which begins Sept 5.

For both ladders, results are available immediately on the Ncccsprint.com
website in Ladder result format using a script written by NCCC member Matt,
NQ6N/2. Finally, we note that this all works because of the talents of
Bruce, WA7BNM. If Bruce isn't in the Contesting HOF he probably should be.
