[SCCC] SteppIR "Trombone" Experiences?

Hi,

I'm interested in hearing from those who have experiences with any of the SteppIR antennas that use the "trombone" elements, such as the DB-36. What's their reliability been like? What's your perception of their performance?

I'd also be interested in any experience with the 80-meter dipole add-on to the DB-36. How does it compare to other shortened rotating dipoles in the 50-60 foot range?
