All good things must come to and end, and so my XYL and I have decided it's time for us to let go of this ridge top QTH that we have enjoyed since 1996.

We have purchased a much smaller property on the flats in Southern Marin, just a few miles away.

We have a real estate broker, and if you or anyone you know may have a serious interest in purchasing this QTH, please let me know and I will provide details and contact information for our broker.

We have not yet listed the property, but that will be coming soon.

The property address is 409 Summit Drive, Corte Madera, which is located in Marin County about 10 miles north of SF.

The basic information:

The gated property is on a 1,000 foot ridgetop in Corte Madera. Part of the property is in Mill Valley, part is in Larkspur and part is in the County (Marin). The (English Tudor style) house was built around 1977. Three stories. Approximately 2,900 square feet. Three BR, 2.5 BA, Radio Room, etc. Lot is about 1.25 acres. No CC&Rs that prohibit antennas. Will be glad to leave present antennas/tower/rotor if a ham buys the property. Asking price is not yet set, but it  will be significantly higher than the "Zestimate" shown on Zillow and similar sites. Part of the problem with the Zillow "Zestimate" is that there are no comps for this property.  Stunning almost 360 degree views, including SF, the East Bay, Mt. Tamalpais, etc. Some of you may be aware that it's a pretty decent radio location.

I'd prefer to hear only from potentially serious and qualified buyers, not curious folks or tire kickers. Please.
