[SCCC] Seeking PCB Consultant

Hi, all.

The company my brother works for is looking for a consultant to help do an
analysis of a printed circuit board design, specifically to diagnose a
stability issue on an ECU PCB.  One channel of a two-channel non-symmetrical
board exhibits stability issues during testing at low temperature.  They
need someone with PCB design expertise to review the design for any
potential contributing factors or flaws in the design that could cause the
instability and, potentially, to perform a signal integrity analysis.
