Comments: Showed up at the Gunfight with a Knife again as that's what it
feels like running MS Low Power in SS !
We bettered our MS LP 2012 effort by 75 Qs and had we had enough Ops to man
the station all 24 hours, we could have put another 100 QSOs in the log
- Wait'll next year I guess !

I had to split my time between the San Diego Contest Club effort and my
usual appearance at the W6YI MS HP Dream Team effort.as we got the band
back together again after W6YI SS Stn being dark in 2013.

The little bit of rain we had in San Diego area a day before the contest
really helped out to calm down RFI power line noise !

Our newest antenna addition of F12 C31XR really helped on 15 and 20 mtr
bands and we saw many EU stations potting us on 15 meter band so looking
forward to CQWW CW in a few weeks with this antenna ( replaced a 3 EL
SteppIR )

By Sunday Noon we had all Sections except for NT and had just about given
up when at the 11th hour when VE8EV who jad only worked 3 hours of contest
with 110 QSOs came by on 15 mtr band !

Hope we will have as good Condx in SS SSB in 2 weeks -  73 de Dennis N6KI
