Lets do a pre contest CQP practice session TONIGHT.

0230-0300

say 20,40,80 meters 10 minutes per band recommended qrg's, modes of
choice.  Call CQ CQP practice or something that makes sense for a practice.

CQP net to follow on 3610 +/-  0300 ish

I will host the net from K6LRG high level and should give plenty of
coverage around California and take check ins from the expedition.

Announced to cq contest to generate some buzz.
