[SCCC] Windows 10

Hi Larry, we are only a couple of days into the release. Try again in about
30 days. A friend of mine jumped in on Day One. Worked with all of his ham
software on the first day but on the second day, RTTY and other digital
modes acted up on him. Turned out that Cortana was the culprit oddly enough.
Turning her off resolved his issue. Not sure why that didn't cause a problem
on Day One though.

Me personally, I don't install new OS's for many months after their release.
I want to learn about all of the gotchas and what not. I am already reading
of some potential privacy issues in Win10. Not sure if they are fact or
fiction but I want to read more about them as time goes on. Heck, I only
left XP about 16 months ago. XP was solid and I didn't have any reason to
leave it. Win 7 turned out to be solid and so has Win8. (I installed Classic
Shell on top of Win8 so as to avoid the tiles and what not.) I never ran Win
7 so I am going by what I've read. I'm not one to jump on new OS's.
