Just saw in the "Weekly DX" newsletter that Alan, KO7X, has become a Silent Key - heart attack. Alan has been a "rock stable" multiplier from WY for several years in SS and other contests, and before that UT (I think it was). I never met him in person, but he always gave me a cheery "Hi Jim" on either CW or SSB during whatever contest it was. RIP, ol' buddy. 73 - Jim K6ZH
