[SCCC] Coax tool recommendation?

Hi, all.

 

A friend has a large number of Amphenol BNC connectors to install onto
RG-400/U (which is like Teflon / silver RG-58) and is having trouble with
the highly touted Paladin CST Pro; the fine debris from one cut causes
sticking of the spring-loaded blades, resulting in bad cuts on subsequent
uses.  Can anyone out there recommend a high-quality prep tool that performs
the way it's supposed to and does so reliably?
