[SCCC] Streaming Video from Contest University, Dayton

I just watched K1DG who did a great job on how to improve your contest  
score.  He missed one thing though.  Time of BIC (butt in chair) which  
correlates to making a higher score.  His "return on investment" in db was  
especially relevant.  There is a point of diminishing returns.
