I just did a little research and found that the correct one is actually
5950 Forrest Lawn Dr in Los Angeles, CA 90068.
Mt Sinai is actually ADJACENT to Forrest Lawn (cemetery).
IF you're coming, be sure to turn into Mt Sinai and NOT Forrest Lawn.
