[SCCC] COM Port Splitter

It's automatic with a Flex 6000 and SmartCAT. Also DDUTIL with SDR radios. 

If you are using legacy technology radios then Com0Com or VSPManager work reliably but can be complicated to setup as you must define port pairs.
