[SCCC] SCCC wins another gavel

I will resist the temptation to make I'll-turn-74-before-you-do
boasts.  Instead, I want to boast about SCCC winning the 
medium club gavel in the 39th annual August UHF Contest.

The results were posted online today:

This year's UHF Contest, the first to be held without ARRL 
sponsorship,  attracted 188 logs, the most in six years.
