Comments: Veery casual operating. Took the contest opportunity to learn
more in-depth about the N1MM+ contest logging software and try to interface
my PC and the .wav files produced by N1MM+ with the mic input of my TS-50
(in parallel with my headset mic). By Sunday, I saw a lot of what didn’t
work with the interface but then used an isolation transformer in the audio
line to some great improvement. I plan to use the (small) TS-50 for more
portable use with both Phone and CW (Field Day, County Expeditions, NPOTA,
U.S. Islands, and IOTA).

I must convert the audio cable to a shielded one and test more. Then, I
must test it with another station on the air for critiquing. Made some
progress by Sunday after a frustrating couple of days.

Explored more the Telnet, Bandmap, and many Keyboard shortcuts of N1MM+.
Also played around with DX Monitor. Good things to do during a contest with
so many stations on the air.

Contesting is so much simpler in CW.
