Hello Oliver,

   You were right, the 87A has a power supply problem.  The attached 
photos show the dead Ascension Island mouse, tail and whiskers and all, 
that caused some kind of short.

We removed him (it), blew out with compressed air and are looking into 
the arcing on the board and wires.

Have a 87A that has a power supply fault after sitting on shelf in 
Ascension Island.  Smoke came up from the vertical enclosure in the 
center of amplifier.

Fault first happened after several minutes of warm-up.  Did not take out 
internal fuse, however, the circuit breaker at station blew.

Can I get a RMA for repair, please?  The amplifier is now in Colorado 
Springs with Alan, K0AV and can be shipped or delivered to you.

Please provide information on repair service and, I can provide Visa, etc.
