The North American QSO Party (NAQP) CW is coming this Saturday, August 5
1800Z to August 6 0600Z. If you plan to operate as a Single Op, please join
one of the five member SCCC teams! Let me know the information below so that
I can best place you on the appropriate team.

Remember, this is a 100 watt maximum contest. Give your amplifiers the day
off (and keep your shack a little cooler!). Use of spotting networks is not
allowed in the Single Op category. Please turn off all spotting and skimmer
devices/applications if you are joining a team.

Let's make some noise!

WA7BNM reminded me that the ARRL 222 MHz And Up Contest is also this
weekend. Teams consist of 2-5 members for Small Teams or 6-10 for Large
Teams. Is anyone else putting SCCC teams together? Bruce thought perhaps
N6NB *could* be. N6NB is copied here.

If no one else is putting together a team or teams for this one and you are
interested in being on a team, please let me know. I'd be happy to submit
teams if no one else is doing so. To date, I've been focused on Sprint and
NAQP teams but I can expand my horizons if there is interest. Not sure
whether our strategy would be small or large teams so any suggestions are
encouraged.
