[SCCC] CW SKimmer 2.0

[Dennis Younker NE6I]

This will be my first time upgrading CW Skimmer. Does it just write over the
existing files? Is there anything special I need to do first? I see no FAQs
or anything in the new software file with some guidance. I might have missed
that??

  *   new Spectrum via UDP function;
  *   improved prefix identification;
  *   various small improvements.
The upgrade is free for all registered users. Unregistered users have a new
