[SCCC] Help with new style cut numbers

I'm just entering whatever they are sending. ttt or 000 and rr.
Some send 1K or K or KW. Those I enter as KW.
I'm not sure the logs are checked for the exchange anyway. Pity..

what is meant when the station sends t t t (dah, dah, dah) 100?

also, r r ( dit dah dit, dit dah dit) 199?
