[SCCC] JT1CO QSL?

Hi Art,

I have QSL'd direct with him, sent an SAE and 2 green stamps. I also have
conformations on LoTW with him as well. (these QSL's were not uploaded
after he received a direct card from me, simply uploaded...)

I just checked LoTW and it shows his last upload date as 2017-01-01
09:26:31Z so he is pretty current there.
