The semi-annual RTTY Sprint is 00-04z 12 March, this evening NA time.  This
is a fun contest that challenges our RTTY operating skills but doesn't take
much time out of the weekend.

Recent rules enhancements add DC, KH6, and NS/NB/PEI/NL as distinct
multipliers broken out from the prior MAR multiplier.
