[SCCC] LM-470 Replacement Motor Options

Looking for recommendations for a replacement motor for an LM-470.  Existing motor is so old none of the motor data can be read off the ID plate. It should be a 1725 RPM 1/2 HP single phase reversible washdown type motor but there are many variants out there. Tashjian sells them for $460 but I'm guessing one can be had for half that price.
