[SCCC] FTdx3000 CAT

My Eastside buddy W6PH normally uses WinTest which does not support the
California QSO Party.

Kurt wants to use N1MM+ this weekend.

When he fires up WinTest, both his K3 on COM9 and the FTdx3000 on COM1 are
interfaced. COM1 is standard-issue com port. COM9 is USB.

When he tries N1MM+, it sees the K3 on COM9, but not the FT.

He made no changes to the FT. He is using the N1MM+ suggested settings for
the FT.

I have the FTDX3000 configured as 38400. 8, N, 2.  With Win-Test I use DTS
