[SCCC] NAQP CW SCCC Teams

The NAQP CW is this weekend. This 12 hour contest (10 hour maximum operating
time, 100 watt output max) has become incredibly popular over the years.

compiling data so that I can hopefully assemble higher scoring SCCC teams,
