to fill team 1 and most of team 2. Any takers?

So far, we have:

Last call folks. We have five now but we can always start a team 2! The more
the merrier! Even if you are on the fence as to whether you can or will get
on for this contest tomorrow, consider joining Team 2. RTTY contests are a
LOT of fun and can be very addictive. Note too that everyone is sending at
the same speed. If you've shied away from CW contests because the speeds are
daunting, you'll find RTTY to be a refreshing mode. But you already knew
that, right? The decoder (MMTY interfaced to your favorite contest logging
software) does all the work. If you've never dipped into RTTY, check out
www.rttycontesting.com , an excellent web site done by AA5AU. His site
helped me get started a few years ago.

Back to the task at hand. Let me know if you are interested in joining an
SCCC team for the Saturday contest. I'll be submitting the team(s) 60-90
minutes prior to start time and publishing it/them here.

73 and as Hank would say, contest exuberantly!

Hello all,

There is still MORE contesting yet this season!

The North American QSO Party (NAQP) RTTY is this Saturday. This ten hour
contest is quite popular. We are looking to fill some five member SCCC
teams. If interested, you know the drill. Let me know your call, the call
you will use in the contest, planned duration of operation (up to ten hours)
and/or estimated number of QSOs. The latter item helps me get you on the
right team.

RTTY is an awfully fun contest mode so even if you haven't dipped your toe
in the water yet, you SHOULD!
