Hi, Phil.

No, the ARRL Board meetings are not open to members or other outsiders other
than an RAC officer and past Directors as observers.  Those who advocate
that the meetings be more open are a small minority in the Board room.  I
would say N6AA is in that minority.

Are the board meetings open to the membership?  I couldn't find that info on
the ARRL website.
