Just buzzwords. The "right thing to say" according to some management expert who them told him to lock down his organization. Seems to be a trend. That and "never defend always attack". Discouraging!

Look what NY2RF put out as an ARRL press release upon his assumption of duties as Exec. Dir. and CEO of ARRL one year ago. Note his emphasis on the "spirit of openness and inclusiveness...." The current proposals before the Board do just the opposite.
