[SCCC] Today's ARRL Response from K5UR

It is apparent that the membership's efforts to let the Board know 
they have been moving in the wrong direction are not being recognized.

The denial and misstatements in this response make it even clearer 
that continuing member communications with ALL the Directors is required.
