FD is supposed to be for emergency training but uses a contest style exchange. I've said for 40 years Sweepstakes should use the FD exchange and FD should use the message preamble........ nobody has listened, nor will they ever.Remember how in the "old days" the ARRL didn't even recognize some "events" like CQWW hi hiPublishing only the top 10 or so in these events really sucks for the little guys that only operate a few hours and basically produce the winners that work the full contest.
