All S&P

There weren't many good stretches of reasonable propagation.  In S&P mode
it's all too common to hear the same stations over and over, and I was
trying to cherry pick sections.

I agree with one omment I heard: "Everybody in Maryland DC is a ham
operator."  I wich I had a dollar for every MDC out there.
