Hi, all.

 

The ballots are starting to show up at the homes of ARRL members in Hudson
and New England Divisions, and the rest are not far behind.  ARRL supporter
and open-source advocate Bruce Perens K6BP has written an open letter to
ARRL members that I think you will find interesting.  The letter includes
