[SCCC] ARRL RTTY Roundup Fans Take Note

FT8 will be allowed in the January 2019 ARRL RTTY Roundup. You will need to
have WSJT-X v2.0 or later installed (this can be installed in its own folder
if you are running an earlier version). There is a practice contest
scheduled for Oct 24. Read up on it here:

Note that v2.0 is not currently compatible with earlier versions. This may
result in some discrepancy between your waterfall and your decoded text as
not all FT8 users are on v2.0 at present.
