As you can see from the e-mail below, a group of four young contesters have
been invited to operate K3LR's superstation in the 2019 WPX SSB Contest.
They're soliciting donations to cover their travel costs. Obviously, the
SCCC has no funds available to donate (since we have no dues), but
individual members may wish to contribute. I've confirmed with K3LR that
this is legitimate.

Hello, I am Violetta KM4ATT. I am 14 years old, and I have my extra class
license. 
My friends Mason (KM4SII) Bryant (KG5HVO) David (VE7DZO) and have permission
from Tim Duffy (K3LR) to operate at his station in the WPX SSB contest in
March 2019. I am in charge of raising funds, and I was wondering if the
SCCCwould be able to help us out we will have to provide transportation for
everyone to and from the station. Your logo will appear on our website under
our sponsors.
