You shouldn't be embarrassed by your score. Many participants with better antennas also had difficulty. It's impressive that you stuck with it for 6.5 hours.

I'm embarrassed by this score. Operating time was about 7-1/4 hours, which
means that each QSO took an average of over 6 minutes each. Certainly my
antenna isn't up to the current band conditions.
