[SCCC] Means of Recording QSOs?

So, I've finally decided to investigate how to record both sides of
my QSOs for prosperity (and future listening pleasure). There are
radios that do this automagically, I know, but my present FT991A
isn't one of them (at least, as far as I know). So I stopped by Best
Buy and had a look at their collection of digital recorders, looking
for something with a stereo Line In input (and, of course, Line Out),
but only finding one of their offerings that clearly advertised the
recorder as having that capability on the visible card(s) inside the
bubble pack, and it was in the $130+ range. I don't mind spending
that kind of money, but not for something that isn't clearly what I
want. None of the other recorders mentioned a line input nor was a
connector for such obvious through the bubble pack; they all seemed
to only have a mic for an input. Note that although it shouldn't make
any difference of the mode, at this time, I only operate CW, no voice
or computer-to-computer modes.

How are you guys recording your QSOs? I'm also interested in which
radios offer this capability since that's my next upgrade move
(likely either a FTDX5000, FTDX101D, TS890S, or IC7610).

Thanks,
SteveH K0XP(/6)
