[SCCC] What did I do wrong in my cabrillo file?

The form rejects all my QSOs with a message like this:

   - Sent serial numbers for 144 of 144 QSOs weren't expected for non-DX
   location (LAX) selected on this web form.
   - QSO: 14080 RY 2019-01-05 1942 K6MUG 599 CA N2TU 599 NC
   sent exchange serial (CA) not valid
