After an initial five hour session, I made several one or two hour attempts
until frustration set in.  Total BIC time was under 12 hours.  At times 20
meters faded in and out like 6 meters.  I didn’t catch any Europeans until
well after the sun set and only two Japanese and one Aussie.  Strange
conditions indeed.
