[SCCC] Suggested FT8 Frequencies for Field Day

The recommended 20 Meter frequency is 14130, not 14030.

Once again, the generally agreed-to frequencies on the RTTY Reflector, the 
FT8 Reflector, and the RTTY-Digital Reflector are the ones on page 72 of 
January 2019 QST:

We discussed the frequencies listed on  page 72 in the January QST article 
"FT8 in ARRL RTTY Roundup", and rejected it.  RTTY Roundup and Field Day are 
totally
different scenarios - Roundup has about 2000 RTTY stations active, Field Day 
has about 15.   No one will go looking  for FT8 stations on 14030.   We had 
similar frequencies
as what I posted last year, and they worked great.
