[SCCC] N1MM+ entry window won't move

Dennis, yes I can move all other windows (of other programs) around EXCEPT
that entry window of N1MM+, including other windows of the N1MM+
program,like the Log, Band Map, and Gray Line.

Strangest thing. Like, I just get one chance to position it and no more.
