[SCCC] N1MM+ entry window won't move

Thanks, Dennis, but the article didn't fix my problem. (I did like the
WORDPADFIX program and am using it!)

It's more of an annoyance than a problem. I AM able to move and resize the
entry window but only when N1MM+ first start up. After that, it's poured in
concrete. Unless, I close and restart N1MM+, that is. Then I can futts with
it again.

Something happens to the condition of that window when I adjust the
vertical sizing...
